Franco Manca

One of the most humiliating experiences I've ever had as a coeliac. I went here with friends but was ASKED TO LEAVE because it wasn't safe and they were very nervous that I would get sick because of the flour IN THE AIR and coating all surfaces, plates, glassed etc. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me. They did have a salad on the menu that seemed marginally safe but I was told it would have cross contamination. Their GF pizza bases aren't recommended for coeliacs because they use the same ovens and utensils.

2nd time trying Franco Manca and same result- lovely GF pizza no CC They can't guarantee 100% no CC as always but have separate prep area and use separate trays etc... I'm very sensitive and again no problems at all.

Will be going back - excellent pizza and also had the garlic dip!

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable-can adapt most things on menu to GF.
