Review of Frankie & Jo's Capitol Hill

Delicious ice cream and so excited for a gf waffle cone! The cone uses oat flour and we’re super sensitive and we did not get sick. Very unique ice cream flavors and we sampled most of them and they were outstanding- all vegan. Everything is gf and df! Highly recommend and we will be back!
