Tested as Gluten Free with my Nina sensor so Celiac Safe.When they prepare gluten-free items, they take precaution to prevent cross-contamination as much as possible. With that being said, they do prepare the gluten-free items in a kitchen where other gluten-full items are prepared.When they receive a gluten free (allergy) order, they prepare the items on separate cutting boards with clean utensils and change their gloves. Separate pans and utensils are used to cook the Mac ‘n cheese and when grilling the sandwiches on their press, they create a barrier covering the sandwich to keep it from contacting potential hazards.
