Excellent customer service- our waitress, Sam asked specifically if we had celiac or just gluten free. That automatically made me feel safer. Everything is clearly marked on menu and there are a lot of options.

To quote my wife: “Never had an omelette this good”! Also had cinnamon roll waffle. It has bean flour in it so if you don’t like bean flour I’d avoid against it, but great flavor and not too sweet. Will definitely be back.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their food. I also have a corn allergy, so one of the employees went downstairs to their freezer, literally cut off the ingredients list from the cardboard box of French fries and brought it to me so I could read it. No reactions at all. Highly recommend.

I was warned the waffles are made in the same waffle maker as regular gluten containing waffles. Avoid the waffles! I had an omelette and did well. I flagged it as an allergy and was warned once again that it might not be safe.

This place is so cute- it is an old rail car. They have so many options that can be made gluten free! It was almost the entire menu. I got the waffles and they were delicious! My husband and I meals came from the back while others meals were made in the front. I would absolutely reccomended

My wife and I are both celiac and we went here on a trip recently. The people here understand the requirements and provide a hige selection of available food. The food was great its a small resturaunt limited seating. But if you cant eat gluten they are a safe place to eat.

Felt safe, huge portions, reasonable prices, tasty! Also cute atmosphere and friendly staff. Told the waitress I’m Celiac and she reassured me she’d make my food in the back so it was safe. I got a burger with gas browns and the burger was huge (like a half pound I swear)! The bun was Udis or something and didn’t hold up too well but otherwise was a great burger. Hashbrowns needed salt but were otherwise perfect.

Franks diner has your full menu including pancakes, etc. only restaurant that I have seen making GF options for most of their breakfasts. However, I had to have the New Bison Burger w/ GF bun. Excellent! Gluten free friendly, good food and friendly staff! What a find!

When I notified the waitress that I would be ordering gluten free, she let me know that my food would be cooked in the back with clean pans, utensils, etc. she also said they take it very serious and mentioned celiac (yay- so knowledgeable!). I ordered a Denver omelette with hash browns and it was delicious. Hadn’t had diner style hash browns in years so it was a great treat! We went during the busy time (Sunday AM), so there was a wait. We went the next day around 1 pm and were seated right away. Didn’t get sick either time. They have a ton of other options, so I’ll be exploring the menu more next time!

Stopped in due to a google rating of nearly 5 stars. It didn’t disappoint! The gluten free options taste SOOOOO good. Wish I lived nearby I’d be here every day. They are very gluten friendly. And will tell you if it is made on a shared device. Amazing and you will not be disappointed!

The staff was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend taking small children (at least not when it’s busy) here as aisle space is very limited. I went to the North location and it didn’t appear that they had gf waffles or pancakes as other reviews stated. I wonder if only the downtown location has GF waffles? I was disappointed at that. I had a hamburger and fruit. Their fries share fryer oil so not safe for celiac. The buns they use aren’t my favorite and it was a pretty basic diner hamburger. GF options were somewhat limited. Cool environment. Lots of good sounding omelets. We will go back but will call first to check for breakfast options.

This is a must eat stop while in Spokane!! They have gluten free Pumpkin Waffles and Apple Cinnamon Pancakes. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. This diner is known for their breakfast! You will not be disappointed! Oh and ask Gage for the joke of the day! She is the bright spot in any day!!

Best GF eggs Benedict. They will even toast bread on grill so there’s no cross contamination.

Best gluten free waffles! Very busy place; however, the food is great. The employees are very nice. It's worth the wait.

The food was very good. We were told the fries were gluten free and the oil is hot enough that it won't cause a problem. Since my daughter is celiac we opted not to have the fries. For dessert we got short stack pancakes with apple cinnamon topping. Planing on returning for breakfast.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable and very forthcoming about information when we mentioned we needed Gluten Free. She said they have Gluten Free buns and bread and even let us try some to make sure it was *good* bread.
