I haven’t had gluten free pizza from a restaurant in over a year because it’s hard to find a place to trust. After lots of research, this place appeared to be the best bet. As soon as we got sat I let the waitress know about Celiac and she assured me that they would take good care and change gloves, use different utensils, etc. We were sitting very close to the kitchen, and the guy with no gloves at all unwrapped the precooked GF crust then dunked the same marinara spoon to spread the sauce as he had been using on all of the regular pizzas. We called the waitress over and she said they could use another spoon and looked very confused when we explained all of the marinara has gluten in it because he’s been dunking the same spoon already. We asked her to the cancel the order and she was very annoyed and rolled her eyes saying “well we have lots of people eat here just fine!”. So if you’re one of the fad diet people that says you can’t have gluten, you’ll “eat here just fine!” Otherwise, steer clear of this place!
