Very clear gluten free labeling and staff was understanding when placing our order. Gluten free blueberry pancake was delicious and almost looked too good to be true. Rice and beans salad was also delicious and labeled gluten free. Coffee was also very delicious.

They were very knowledgeable on allergies and it was so tasty! No bad reactions! My husband raved on his food as well which is saying a lot!

We just had our first breakfast in the Outer Banks! The owner and his wife were wonderful here and completely understood my need gluten allergy. I had peanut butter- chocolate pancakes and turkey sausage. I also had the sunrise smoothie and a latte and everything was wonderful! We sat outside on the water and the owner brought our menus and then brought our food to our. I would highly recommend this quaint little gem in the Outer Banks!!

Definitely not safe for celiac‘s. I thought that I would be safe eating here because they had so many gluten-free options. I had something they call an omelette…definitely was nothing like an omelette just a scramble that didn’t really taste very good and had an egg shell in it. Also, had the side of gluten-free pancake. Within 30 minutes. I’m incredibly sick with intestinal upset and I’m nauseous. It was not safe to eat here.

Fiance and I ate here for breakfast everyday we were in Nags Head, it was hard to beat a place that had a dedicated spot in the kitchen to cook gluten free. Didn't get sick once. They had amazing avocado toast (you can add an egg to and it's incredible) and really good pancakes. Also got a burger, was a little messy but that's to be expected with a gluten free bun.
Highly highly recommended

Great brunch and lunch spot! I ate there 3 times on my week long trip and had no reactions. The manager even asked if I was sensitive to cross contamination. They have delicious sandwiches y'all. SANDWICHES. I also recommend the beet salad. Like most places, they are short staffed and there are longer waits, especially if you order GF food. But the staff are very nice and hard working, and deserve the tips.
Update 1 year later: Same great experience! Went twice this trip. Managed to go around the meal rushes, so didn't wait long for food. Get the tuna steak sandwich with one of their salads. Trust me. Salivating thinking about it. Can't wait to go back again next year.

I had the Yellowfin Tuna sandwich on a gluten free bun - it was amazing! They had GF cookies and muffins out on the counter with plastic wrap over them (which we can all appreciate in the land of Cross contamination). The lemon tahini dressing that goes on the tuna was amazing! They have pancakes and bagels and a lot of options for GF. Love it

Friendly staff with a great view of the sound! The food was a little pricey, but it was delicious. My husband has a gluten sensitivity and ordered the omelet and pancake platter with a side of hashbrowns. The omelet was awesome as was the GF pancake. The server made sure to keep his order separate from the others in our group. We will definitely be back.

Went here because our hotel had zero gf options on the continental breakfast, and we have two celiacs. The positives: the staff is super friendly and helpful, truly fantastic people, almost everything is or can be made GF, there is a large selection, and they are knowledgeable about cross contamination. Unfortunately, I found it overpriced and just so-so. ONE average sized pancake (which was described as “huge” was $10. It was ok- not amazing. I ordered an omelet and I don’t think they understand the concept of omelets because this was basically a basket of scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese. It tasted ok- nothing remarkable. They offer fresh squeezed OJ- but at $8 for a glass. We had a total of two pancakes, two orders of hash browns and one “omelet” for $40. So- if you have celiac and want lots of options, have lots of money and don’t care if your meal is just so-so, then this is your place.
Editing my review because I gave it another shot today and this time really enjoyed it. I got the bacon, egg and cheese gf bagel and it was delicious and only $6. Planning on eating here for breakfast for the remainder of our trip because the bagel was so good.

Had egg & cheese on the GF bagel, juice, and a matcha latte. I did not get sick from anything. They told me that almost all of their menu can be made GF (even though it isn’t labeled) and that they have a separate prep space if you tell them you need it GF. Very knowledgeable and kind.

They are very careful with cross contamination and have a cooktop dedicated to gf foods. My omelette was delicious and safe. I had an issue with my potatoes (gluten found using Nima sensor) so the manager asked me to test the spices he uses. When we found gluten in the spices, he truly appreciated the learning and indicated he will source a different spice. I’m so thankful for restaurants that take this kind of care of their customers.

There is a “GF” distinction on the menu but little is marked because most of what they make is GF. The guy here was awesome. He told me what they do in the kitchen. Nothing with gluten is cooked in the cooktop and they are very careful about Cross-contamination. Gotta say, this place had the most amazing pancakes I’ve had since going gluten free. I got the omelette, chocolate chip pancake, and hash browns. So incredibly happy with this place.

So good! I got a protein bowl. Much of the menu is gluten free. fresh and tasty!
Celiac, vegan and keto friendly with fresh, innovative and delicious food! The owners operate this place and are so friendly and helpful! We've eaten here twice safely. Tuna sandwich is delicious on a GF bun (Udi's) while the Bacon, shrimp, avocado ranch GF wrap was incredible! My 10 yo daughter said th GF pancakes were great! They have smoothies and veggie/grain bowls and breakfast all day. You won't regret this choice!

The food here was awesome. I had a fresh pressed apple juice and it was great. I had a chicken salad and my husband had a shrimp burrito. Both meals were delicious and we def want to go back for the gluten free pancakes. Food is a bit on the expensive side but it’s definitely worth the fresh, healthy, quality food.
