Thankful for GF food at the airport! I got the Cobb salad with chicken. The cashier was confused about GF but she made sure to change her gloves before making mine. Didn’t get sick!

Thank you to the previous reviewer! The online search for GF items was clutch. I got fresh juice and the Buddha Satay with chicken. Great to have this option at the airport. I don’t often see this kind of safe and healthy food at airports in the US.

I was happy to find this place at the Aruba airport. Nothing on the menu was marked for gluten or GF but I searched online “freshii gluten free” and a website popped up for the Halifax California location with a list of what is gluten free and what could be modified for gluten free. I confirmed with the person I ordered with that the Pangoa bowl would be GF if I subbed the cilantro lime vinaigrette for the fiery BBQ and she said yes that would be gluten free. I asked if they could change gloves and they did. It’s chipotle style where they reach in with their gloved hands to put the ingredients on the burritos so there is a chance of cross contamination but I am sensitive and was ok. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick. For airport food it was good and not too badly priced, about $12USD for my rice bowl. They also have quinoa. You can add meat, I didn’t. Would be a great place for vegetarian eating.
