We stopped going there a few years ago after watching how they prepare the food. Their set up allowed for cross contamination and they were unwilling to effect any changes to make things safe. For example, they had gluten and nut based toppings on a shelf above the other toppings and I watched how as the staff prepared the meals how easily these toppings could cross contaminate everything else.
— Not at all
Location is deemed unsafe for celiacs and people with other food allergies. I think it is a chain-wide issue with how the food prep area is set up. We were regulars but no longer. I watched as the prep person grabbed handfuls of toppings ( crispy wontons, sliced almonds) from the bowls above the main toppings and then saw same toppings rain down into the food below. The staff did not understand how serious this was. HQ was even worse with their response. I will never eat at any Freshii ever again until they make vast improvements with how they handle high risk allergens.

Got a rice bowl. No idea yet about actual GF but it was ice cold rice with Luke warm chicken - maybe it’s supposed to be more like a salad rice bowl?? Tasted ok- just hope things are being kept at proper temp!

Every Freshii is the same (check other reviews) but I’ve specifically asked the manager of this place how they prepare the food and he told us that it is on purpose made not to have any cross-contamination (the chain of people who prepares what is dedicated to no cross-contamination).

The menu offers gluten-free salads, bowls, a soup and smoothies. All the ingredients are listed on the menu so it’s easy to know what is possible (they write GF beside options also). Very tasty and healthy. Prices are fair. Love the fact that you can choose a variety of ingredients. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is that I’m not 100% sure if there isn’t any cross-contamination.

They have dedicated GF items on their menu. I just had to tell the cashier that I have coeliac disease and he already changed his gloves and showed me my options. Food was ready to take out fast and I didn't got sick. Good healthy, filling and tasty option.

I have not gotten sick here and eat here frequently. There are several items that are gf and they are all delicious but there are not many. Their burrito bowls are wow. Great place for a quick light healthy lunch. Their coconut chia parfaits are also delish and good for a quick breakfast. They serve bottled and fountain drinks. Their taco soup is also amazing but needs the taco chips and one other item(don’t remember right now) removed and then it is safe.
