I am a severe celiac and am a server at this restaurant. I began working here 100% because it is so incredibly GF (and vegetarian/vegan) friendly and I finally am able to eat something where I work without having to worry about getting sick from cross contamination. Separate fryers and an extremely knowledgeable kitchen staff that takes every available precaution for all allergies. Many dedicated GF dishes and desserts on the menu (not just GF subs for regular meals) and they have GF beer (NEFF brand)
