It’s true that almost the whole menu can be made GF. Dinner with my husband and daughter was delicious and carefree, thanks to the server’s careful consideration. She listened carefully to my concerns, but was knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross-contamination, so I was put at ease. My daughter, who is not Celiac, did not notice that her meal was GF, too (which helps me reduce CC at the table). Will return next time we’re in the area.
