Review of Friedman’s At The Edison

Very gluten free - celiac friendly. Most of the menu is gluten-free or can be made gluten free. They are able to handle cross-contamination. Had potatoes egg and bacon and also enjoyed the salmon on another occasion. Was tasty and safe for a celiac!
