The staff was very nice and knew the allergens in each flavor, and had procedures where they could use separate scoopers/get it from fresh gelato containers. They said that the gelato is made in shared equipment but that it’s washed between each use/flavor.

Absolutely delicious!! An authentic Italian dessert experience. They have tons of unique gelato flavors (only some of them are gluten free just at a glance). My boyfriend (celiac) gets the pineapple sorbet everytime and has dreams about it. The sorbet selection is perfect!! They put biscottis in their cups, so just make sure to tell them not to and it’ll be perfectly safe!

I love Frost gelato! I’ve been here multiple times over the past 3 or 4 years and have never gotten sick! Most employees are very knowledgeable about which items are GF. If they aren’t sure, they’ve always taken the initiative to find out. The only mistake anyone has ever made was in placing a rolled wafer cookie in my gelato (as a decorative touch), but they happily tossed that one and made a new dish when I pointed it out. Now, I make sure to request they leave it off.

When asked which flavors were gluten free the girl was very knowledgeable and helpful! I got the toasted marshmallow and it is such a yummy treat!
