Good GF Pizza. Better eating in as the crust can get a bit too soft when it travels. Best part is the cheese, though. It's got that NY/New England flavor and greasiness.

Always a first stop when I am back in Charlotte. Best pizza in town with a just right sauce and plenty of mozzarella. Not skimpy on the toppings. Love this pizza and the larger than normal GF size is enough to share!

Pizzas are great it's $2 extra for gluten freehand they only have 12 inch pizzas. It's very pricey :(

Got glutened. Sigh. Pizza wasn’t bad flavored but that’s not ever the real decision when it comes to a gluten allergy…

We ate at Fuel twice during our trip to DC. The employees were familiar with how to handle allergy orders and what ingredients had gluten. The pizza was very good.

Agree with comments that this is eat at your own risk. Our pizza was very undercooked and the rubbery crust wouldn’t peel away from the baking paper. No reaction, but an unpleasant meal.

They have a great GF pizza. It comes in 12" only and was ready in minutes. I can't confirm whether there was or was not cross contamination, but no issues for me or my son. So far it's the best GF I've had other than one my friend makes!... And I've tried quite a few.
