Staff are very conscientious about gluten allergies, every time I have gone in and seen a different staff member at the counter, they have asked me specifically if my request was due to an allergy. Then, the cook spent the time to avoid cross-contamination. Plus, the food is delicious!
I have celiac and ordered "buff chick" it was very good and had no problems afterward. Plenty of gluten free options virtually any crepe could be made gluten free but they charge an extra $2 for the GF batter. Overall great meal, knowledgeable staff and lots of choices.

The only 2 fillings that aren't gluten free are the graham cracker crumbs (duh!) and the marinara sauce, otherwise it's a gluten free crepe paradise. I split a GF "The Kid" with bacon and a sweet crepe with raspberries, mascarpone, lemon curd and other deliciousness and it was all super great!

Delicious! Large GF crepe with loads of fillings to choose from. 3 of us had sweet crepes, 1 had beef, onions & mushrooms. All were delicious! 1 crepe is more than enough for breakfast or lunch. Crepes made from buckwheat. Really tasty. Definitely will be going back.

Full of Crepe has delicious gluten free batter, the are very careful about cross contamination. They thoroughly clean the griddle before making gluten free crepes and use clean utensils each time.

My favorite place to eat, hands down. :)

Please ignore people who presume how crepes are made at Full of Crepes. I have been eating there well over a year, sometimes more then once a week. Never once have I had cross contamination. I live with Multiple Sclerosis, Celiac and Sjogrens, so to say I'm sensitive is an understatement. I get CC just from touching a regular piece of bread or wrap. Looking at the menu, if you have questions about what you can have (I am gluten and lactose free), everyone who works there is amazing and helpful. Being GF and LF for years, I know what I can and can't have but the staff is extremely knowledgeable. And literally everything can be ordered customized, so you can add or remove anything - or come up with you own creation!! My personal recommendations for savory is turkey with hummus and spinach; for sweet we usually get a Morovian and share it with the table (its really sweet - brown sugar and cinnamon), but for a sweet to enjoy all to yourself, my absolute favorite is CinnCity, but I add apples and delete the marscapone cheese (ends up strawberries, apples, walnuts, cinnamon sugar).
This is a very aware and educated wonderful little place to eat. My daughter who has no food allergies swears by the canuck - bacon and maple syrup!

I've been here about a good 10 times, have only gotten sick once. Their Crepes are so yummy (sweet and savory) I can't help but continue to return. Their staff are great as well, very friendly and helpful. Owner loves what she does and loves making her customers happy. You must try if you haven't been yet. My favorite is the Bonzer!
I haven't had problems with cross contamination. I have eaten there several times and it's a great lunch. They even use boar heads which is better quality and doesn't make me sick.

Nothing on the menu is labeled gluten or dairy free. They offer a vegan and gluten free wrap but unfortunately seems they cook it on the same grill and charge an extra $2. A disappointment.
These are delicious but I had to give a low rating because of cross contamination. Gluten free and non-gf crepes are all cooked on the same hot plate so celiacs should avoid.

Only ate here once but loved it. Gluten free batter costs $2 extra but it was worth it
