Review of Galactic Fried Chicken

Unfortunately our fried chicken failed the Nima test so my Celiac daughter did not eat. I am gluten intolerant and ate one piece of chicken and did not feel well after. The chef insisted it was not possible for gluten to be an ingredient but we saw several possibilities for cross contamination and that aligns with the Nima result.
