Nice selection of gluten free items although I had the Brie Burger on my first visit. It was so good that I've stuck with that and haven't tried other things on the menu. Great bread that's NOT Udi's. Their bread holds together and tastes great.
They have a designated Frier and the general manager also has celiac disease and I have eaten here many, many times and have never experienced a celiac reaction. I love coming here! Thank you, Galaxy cafe for letting me eat fries for the first time in 6 years!
Great food. Catered easily to being gluten and dairy free. Delicious and pretty inexpensive. Definitely a winner.
Best GF bun ever. First time I've had a GF veggie burger that stayed together. Separate deep fryer for the GF sweet potato fries.
Terrific GF menu. Do NOT drink the sodas; sodas are NOT GF, per manager. Being your Go Local card and spend more than $25 to get a free GF desert (usually a flourless chocolate cake).
Newly diagnosed celiac. Had chipotle chicken wrap on rice tortilla, which was great (has pico, cheddar and black beans inside). I held chipotle mayo since it is spicy and stomach still reviving but brought my own gf Pace salsa. Paired with melon/pineapple fruit side. Food very good and very safe. Staff well trained on cross contamination and put gluten free label toothpick on wrap (nice touch). Staff extremely friendly and offered to refill drinks multiple times even though technically no table service - thanks! Will be back!
5 stars for GF and celiac friendly, but the food isn't that remarkable. Perfect for a safe celiac restaurant. Wife has hyper sensitive celiac disease, and we've been here a lot with no problems. The food is just kind of bland. Fresh, but bland. The five stars are for celiac value only.
Sometimes I get a craving for creamy pasta and I really miss being able to go out to Italian restaurants to eat it. This place cured my cravings. I got the Arrabiata cream sauce pasta with chicken and it was amazing. So many other gluten free options on the menu too.
FRENCH FRIES!!! I haven't been diagnosed with celiac but wonder how accurate testing is based on how sensitive it appears I am to gluten and wheat - so bc I do not know the ins and outs of celiac - I am not comfortable with saying if this is a 100% celiac friendly place. What I can tell you, is that everyone was friendly, there was a huge array of gf options and the lady who helped us seemed knowledgeable and my gut instinct was not telling me to run like most other places! 3+ hours later....I feel great and I ate FRENCH FRIES!! No other fried items so the oil is not contaminated!
