Galley 57

Was a wonderful experience! My wife has Celiac's Disease and found this Supper Club through Find Me Gluten Free. On the front of the menu it tells you that if you have special dietary needs to let the wait staff know.

After telling our friendly waitress she had Celiac's Disease she noted it on our slip, then 2 minutes later Chef Andy, owner and chef came to ask her about her sensitivity levels and designed a meal she could eat. It was amazing services!

We both had Prime Rib and baby red potatoes. Meal was fabulous! We will most certainly come back and know that they take their food allergies seriously!

We decided to have our big family dinner at Galley 57 because my daughter is Celiac and my Mom is dairy intolerance. Both the chef/owner and our waitress understood our dietary needs very well and guided us to the best and safest options! I also talked with the chef before we arrived and was able to pre-order a gluten free pasta dish for my daughter.

I would definitely recommend Galley 57! I was extremely impressed with Chef Andy at Galley 57! He can make most items on the menu GF. Our server Jessika was extremely knowledgeable as to which items could be made gf and went and asked if she wasn't sure. I highly recommend the ribeye steak with mushrooms and onions and the loaded baked potato! I have celiac disease and did not have any I'll effects.
