When I asked for a gluten free menu the server instead walked me around the buffet pointing out everything that was gluten free and safe for me to eat. He also pointed out that the sausage wasn't gluten free and that they use the same utensils when serving them and the bacon, that if I wanted bacon he'd just get me some from the kitchen. They also had great gluten free bread and blueberry muffins! But the best were the fresh French macarons! Delicious! And I never got sick.

Really impressive range of options. Just ask as it is not marked on their menu.

Gluten free peeps: The Grand America Sunday brunch has more gluten free options than any place (other than Zest) that I've been to. All meats and majority sauces are GF. They have an entire GF dessert table. Four different sushi GF options. They will bring you GF toast....you also have the entire seafood table and omelet bar that is free of gluten. (Though the bacon and sausage sits over top of bread, they will bring you those meats GF to your table if you ask.) The sauces on the meats (lamb, chicken, turkey and prime rib) made me nervous. I asked 3 different people if it was safe to eat....hours later and I'm still not sick. They said that they make their sauces gluten-free with cornstarch and wine reduction. Yes, brunch is pricey.....but having an awesome date with my love sitting on the patio, sipping mojitos and not being ill was worth it. They will also happily give you a tour of everything you can eat. They are very well educated and accommodating with this.
