Gluten free offerings are clearly listed on the menu, with several possibilities in each category. The server was knowledgeable about celiac, and specifically noted all the ingredients in the flatbread, in case any were requested to be removed. It is so seldom when a restaurant has a variety of selections. The food was delicious.
