Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

I ate at Fuse on one occasion. Cheesesteak sandwich on a gluten free roll with French fries from dedicated fryer. Nothing spectacular, but had options and understanding of gluten free. Also ate at Italian restaurant there where they had gluten free pasta for 3-4 dishes and brought me gluten free bread.
