Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

I was here for a conference and they did pretty well in taking care of me. The individual restaurants were far better in terms of options and knowledgeable wait staff. Group breakfasts and lunches were pretty good although really limited. One lunch experience wasn't so great - they brought me a sandwich on gluten free bread but couldn't answer my questions about prep surfaces or cross contamination so I wouldn't eat it. No gluten free desserts and very few gluten free snacks during the conference day. Be sure to also look at the reviews for specific restaurants.
