Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

Had a very good experience here! There are multiple restaurants I dined at during my stay here, so I’ll elaborate on each place I visited.

Sound waves: separate gluten free area. Ate a GF veggie pizza with no issues.

Stax: chips come with Lawry’s seasoning which some are sensitive to (including me) and they weren’t super kind or understanding when I said I couldn’t eat it. Proceed with caution.

Wasabi’s: Very informed about gluten allergies. Came to eat here three times. Even had gluten free ponzu sauce. No reaction, and it was delicious.

Ravello: Had a good amount of GF options. The chicken piccata was very tasty.

Definitely ask questions, because not everything that comes with every meal is listed in the menu. And definitely have a glass of sweet tea!
