Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

We went to Fuse and I was excited for the dedicated fryer and gf buns. I asked about several items being gf and server nonchalantly told me everything was, except that the burger had cheese, so don’t get cheese. I explained that cheese is gluten free. My husband and I got our burgers (he is not gf), and the buns were identical. I tried pointing out that they were both the same and so they went back and switched my roll. I am assuming with the same burger since it was only 3 minutes later. I did not eat it, but did have the fries and did not get sick. My main issue was pretending to know Celiac/ GF and not actually having a clue. I could not trust anything they said or did.
