Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

Here for a conference usually there were no gluten free options for me except salads; I was sick after 75% of the gluten free substitute meals I tried to eat despite talking to chefs everywhere. I ate salads and snacks the most of the time. They are not prepared to handle allergies for conferences.
