Review of Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center

Had a mixed experience during our stay. Cascades had a few options but it was pricey and wait was long. Both times we ate here the waiter laughed when I told him all four of us eat gluten free. Ate at Fuse twice. First time waitress had no idea about gluten free. She checked with chef and said only option was salad. Second time the waiter brought the chef out and he offered gf buns and French fries from dedicated fryer. Staff at Soundwave snack bar had no clue so we left even though guest services told us all places would have gf options. Overall frustrating with kids because you can't make reservations at most places and you don't know what choices you will have when you get there.
