Review of GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar

Excellent grilled cheese! I had the jalapeno bacon, 4 cheese grill cheese with tater tots. The owner was super nice and while we were waiting to be seared inside he asked us if he could get us some drinks and offered for us to sit outside. I highly recommend this place.!
