Review of GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar

I'm Celiac. This was the best grilled cheese. Loved the tots. Service was excellent. My husband is allergic to soy and the servers went out of their way to learn what he could have and when they noticed I was getting something with soy they came back to note that he couldn't have what I was ordering due to the soy. I definitely felt safe and I felt like they were very knowledgeable.
