Review of GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar

This place was incredible. Had the the chicken parm grilled cheese, and my boyfriend had the lobster grilled cheese (so obviously I tried both). Omg, both were SO. GOOD. I didn't have any Celiac response, but I did go on their "Gluten Free Takeover" night when everything was GF, so I can't speak to their usual ability to avoid cross contamination. That being said, I spoke to a manager who said they frequently have Celiacs in there and obviously they had a whole night just for gluten free people, so I feel comfortable with their ability to serve Celiacs any night, so I'll be going back! So delicious.
