Review of GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar

literally SO GOOD!!! the staff was so incredibly kind and let me watch my food be made (gluten free) cannot rave about this place enough, would be higher than 5 stars if i could! offered gluten free bread options that were just as big as the regular sandwiches. also vegan protein and cheese options as well as gluten free mac and cheese!
