Review of GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar

This place was excellent! Everything on their menu can be modified for gluten free except the Mac and cheese. They don’t even have a fryer so cc as far as that goes is not a concern. The bread was so good my daughter double checked it was gf! A manager came right over to us and ensured us it was and also offered her some gf mini chocolate cakes free of charge. We were really impressed. Great food in a great location
