Staff was very unaware of their food products that contain gluten or not. I kept hearing “maybe” and “this should be good” and I then politely told the staff to please go find out what food I can eat after talking to the chefs/kitchen. I was brought back an allergy menu with some products listed. I didn’t fully trust this menu though. The fried chicken supposedly had no allergens but I didn’t risk it. Most meats were supposedly safe if you had them without the sauces (soy and teriyaki were often used). Veggies, rice, potato salad were supposedly safe. Salad dressing was not safe. I had to ask my servers which meats were which when they brought them to the table. Staff did not appear to communicate that I had an allergy. Should have left with all of these warning signs. Wasn’t immediately sick but demonstrated symptoms a couple hours after. My sleep and night were ruined with the amount of pain I was in- I was glutened or some type of food poisoning.

The gf options are very limited and cross contamination is hard to avoid. I had un flavored steak and brisket and white rice. I will not go back! I don’t suggest anyone with celiac attempt eating here.

Server asked chef about which items were gluten free. As other review stated, limited to un marinated meats. Appetizers were limited to edamame. Sushi was only philly rolls and the sashimi plates with no sauce. We did switch grill plates often and had separate gluten and gluten free tongs.
I enjoyed the meal and the experience. Didn’t leave hungry but wished there may have been a sauce option of some kind.

We tried the all-you-can-eat BBQ for dinner. Hubby is celiac so options were limited to non marinated meat. Good quality of meat for reasonable price - for Vegas Strip. Worth a try if you have not experienced it and no issues afterwards. As the table shares a grilling surface- other diners have to be willing to eat gluten free or wait until the end. Servers did offer to change the grill plates in between so could have done rounds to alternate cooking but we did not risk it.

Terrible service, lied to me about having tamari only to be told that they don't have that after I asked for more, and the bathrooms were a disaster, really disappointing and really scared right now.

I worked at this location for about 6 months. Do not eat here if you are celiac. The majority of items are not gluten free and there is major cross contamination.
