Told the waiter that I had celiac and he informed me what options I had. He also told the cook to wash a spot off on the grill to minimize cross contamination. Also put a lid over the food to minimize cross contamination.

As I am writing this review, this restaurant still has not listed my order as picked up. I ordered thru Uber Eats, and I have not only picked up the order, driven home, eaten the order, but I have also thrown the empty container in the trash.
I have contacted Uber Eats about this. I was told by support that sometimes restaurants do not close an order until the end of the day. Support called the restaurant, but no one answered.
As far as the food, it was good; however, after this experience, I will never order nor dine-in at this location.

There are plenty of GF options for building your own bowls and all the ingredients list allergens. However, the problem becomes cross contamination when being cooked. I notified the server and she seemed very confused when I mentioned I was GF. Got sick here, so eat at your own risk.

Most meat gluten free, everything clearly labeled. All sauces labeled. You should ask to make your food in the back in a seperate wok to avoid cross contamination on the common shared cook surface

Our server was Heather. She noted on my ticket that I had a gluten allergy. The sauces were labeled as gluten free or not GF.
