My Celiac daughter and I had dinner here. Staff was very aware of Celiac and cobfirmed they make GF pasta in a separate pot/strainer. No GF dedicated menu or kitchen area, but they can sub GF noodles for most dishes (except stuffed pastas like ravioli). Daughter said she felt great after dinner and had no concerns about CC.

Stopped in for an appetizer and drink and we were very pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of the food. Most of the menu was already GF, and a number of the pastas could be made with GF pasta. Server was very attentive and confirmed that everything was safe.

Had the seafood risotto and it was one of the best meals I’ve had. They have GF pasta and know to use a fresh pot of water. Many of their non pasta options are GF. They also have flourless hazelnut chocolate cake and some other GF desserts

Gennaro is a New York classic and it's great to be able to eat there. Very reasonable prices and delicious food. It's massively popular, though, so prepare for long waits and cramped tables.
Not the full GF dining experience of bread and appetizers. However, the pasta is worth the sacrifice and there is a flourless chocolate cake dessert worth the wait. Extensive wine menu.
