There were two GF cupcakes on the menu. The one we tried was very good. The staff asked if it was an allergy and if we wanted a glove change. Tray was clearly labeled GF but obviously the facility is not entirely GF

Super Laden jeden Tag ein glutenfreier cupcakes. Wir hatten Schoko Caramel, ein Traum. Werden in einem Ofen gebacken und fragten ob sie separate Handschuhe beim einpacken anziehen sollen. Super vertragen.
My favorite Gf cupcake bakery by FAR.
The wait was a little long but it was the best gluten free cupcake I’ve ever had. They have a sign out that says their food is handled on surfaces that may contain several allergens including gluten and not to eat it if you are highly allergic. I tested it despite being highly allergic and it was fine for me.

One gluten free cupcake is offered each day, with rotating flavors. My favorite is Saturdays -gf peanut butter lava fudge! Best gf cupcakes I've tried in DC - way better than Baked and Wired! When you order a gf cupcake they ask if you have an allergy, and if you want them to change their gloves. (fyi, I'm not celiac so I can't recommend with certainty to celiacs). Love this place.
Not safe from cross contamination but great cupcakes. I'm sensitive and react every time

There is flour everywhere in this place. Definitely not celiac safe.

I told them I had an allergy and they said it would be fine, but I got glutened. 3 stars because the cupcake was delicious and I should have read other reviews first that say they advise those with celiac not to eat there.

Direct from their website FAQ: “Since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with gluten or dairy allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.” cc too much of an issue here.
