Review of Ghostfish Brewing Company

Ghostfish Brewing company is owned by someone with celiac disease. It is a dedicated gluten free facility. I met the owner at a convention for individuals with food allergies. He was knowledgeable, kind, and he is passionate about making “good beer, that happens to be gluten free”. I’ve been to Ghostfish twice and have nothing but positive things to say. The beer is fantastic and the food is incredible. I will be back for more!
