The food quality was awesome, and very fresh tasting. The wait staff and everyone working there was super friendly. The only downside was the ability to make additions to my meal. I ordered a burger and since I am also dairy free I asked for no cheese which was not a problem, but adding a fried egg was not an option according to the kitchen's policy even if I was willing to pay. Their other sandwich, steak sandwich comes with an egg, so I thought no biggie. I brought the concern up to the manager and she took care of me. I happy with the handling of it all, just bummed I left hungry and I spent a good amount of time researching and scoping out menu's before picking here. I would have appreciated the menu's online to reflect "no special orders or changes to food items". Then I would have chosen to go somewhere else. (we are visiting out of town) I am posting to help others be aware and ability to make their own decision. My hubby had the fish and chips (he's not gluten free) and said the taste of the batter was awesome, but the fish amount was small, meaning more batter then fish.
