Love this GF pizza. They do a great job. It tastes fantastic. I get it well done. I eat here seven times a year, am celiac, and have never had a reaction.

Beware of Gianni's if you are in need of Gluten Free dining. Gianni's is often listed as a GF option but that was not our experience. We attempted to order a GF pizza from a very flippant cashier. It was apparent that she could not have been less interested. Upon explaining that our guest was a diagnosed Celiac (that this was an allergy not just a preference), we were finally told that a separate pizza slicer was used. We then asked if a separate ladle was used for sauces and we were told no. No information was offered voluntarily so we finally gave up and decided not to order the supposedly GF pizza.
Otherwise, we had a large order for extended family and it was delicious as always. It was just sad that our guest had to stop and get a GF dinner elsewhere on our way home.

while they have a GF crust they prepare on the same table as every other regular pizza. They also use the ladle and sauce for every pizza whether GF or not. Also use the same knife to cut everything. Definitely cross cantaminated and not a place for celiac sufferers.

Gluten free pizza. Generous with toppings. Very casual.
NO NO NO NO. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Even though others have gotten LUCKY with this place-Take it from someone who has lived her 20+ years. It's usually teenagers making the food, although they can seem as though they care to help you, as they do have gf crust... It is in no means good for people who are sensitive/celiac. Dough (non gf) is everywhere, cross contamination is HUGE. If you're looking for Pizza without cross contamination close to this area look at St Tropez in Carmel By the Sea. They have their own separate oven for Pizza (it doesn't say on dinner menu I believe but people order it all the time for dinner) and take celiac customers seriously with avoiding cross contamination.

The gf pizza was great. I am very sensitive to contamination and I did not get sick.
Yes
ordered Hawaiian with gluten free crust. it was great!! would eat here next time I'm in Monterey!
10/15/12 - Gluten free pizza crust available. However, my celiac daughter was sick within 15 minutes of eating. While the food tastes good I definitely would not recommend to anybody with Celiac. Must of been cross contamination or maybe something in the sauce or other toppings.
