GF cauliflower pizza (they have GF stromboli’s and calzones during the summer season) cooked and prepared in a separate area. It wasn’t busy at all so I felt comfortable eating here. Overall, basic GF pizza but safe to eat!
I asked if they used separate oven and cutter which they did. I saw them take a box from the front. No gloves. In the front dusted flour everywhere from regular pizza. Although she said it was yummy, celiac daughter got glutened. I should have known better. I’m glad other reviewers had a good experience but we won’t return.
Good pizza on the boardwalk. Cauliflower crust. Cheese and sauce were good! Unfortunately they didn't have any other options (no Calzones or Strombolis). Saw it cut with clean cutter on the far end of the kitchen. Felt safe having my daughter eat it. She loved it and did not get sick. Part of the Promenade food court so there is plenty of seating which is nice to have on the boardwalk! Will definitely eat here when we return next year!

Execellent experience with my celiac daughter. Pepperoni pizza and strombolis are delicious! Have eaten here twice this summer with no issue.

20 minutes until my calzone was ready. Excellent staff. I saw gluten free flour so it was made from scratch. Very delicious 10/10

They are located in the promenade food court. We had a wonderful experience there today. My extremely sensitive celiac daughters were able to have their first GF Stromboli and pizza on the boardwalk today. The pizza uses cauliflower crust and was very flavorful. They had zero negative reactions. The man who took our order was very knowledgeable about cross contact and showed me that they have a separate prep counter and he uses one oven for GF only. We cannot wait to go back again.
