We've been here for dinner over and over again, and it is EXCELLENT. It is a very nice, very pricey restaurant, so make it your special occasion restaurant - but eat there with total confidence! Chef José is incredible. The staff has always been knowledgeable about gluten and about their practices. Pretty much anything can at least be modified to be GF (except the pastas, I think) - and not in a way that makes you feel like you're missing out. They have a dedicated fryer if you ask for it, and they will absolutely take good care of you here if you just express your needs. We most recently had Emily as our waitress, and she was incredible!
