The owner is chatty and personable. She has a lot of knowledge and experience with food allergies, eats gf herself, and while not celiac understands it. All crepe insert items are made gf but she offers a gf batter and gluten batter. All crepes on shared oven plate surface but cleaned well in between and fresh oil and utensils used. As a celiac I had no issues and thought the food was excellent
