Review of Gluten Free Gem

I first experienced Gluten Free Gem Bakery when I was in Vancouver for a conference pre-pandemic, and they were on the top of my list to visit again when we spent a long weekend in Portland. We were not at all disappointed! This bakery offers a good variety of tasty baked goods. The cinnamon rolls were on par with 5B's Bakery, and everything else we tried (we just *had* to sample a variety of items!) was yummy.

Huge thank you to the bakery for continuing to protect their customers and staff by requiring masks indoors. Not many restaurants are still doing that, and it's one of the reasons we came back here for a second visit. Wildfire smoke was really bad so we didn't use the outdoor seating, but the restaurant did have some nice tables and chairs set up just outside for those who want to eat their food at the restaurant.
