Kleinbr1 I am not sure what you are referring to regarding huge flies and animal droppings? Just so you are aware, we have been inspected several times by the FDA AND the Agricultural Department over the past 20 years, including this past year. If we did not pass inspection, THEY would have shut us down immediately. We do not have animals coming through our bakery so the only thing I could imagine you thinking was " animal droppings" were curled up leaves that blew in when customers came through the door, along with flies. I don't recall you bringing this up to anyone on staff ( my being one of them) if you were that concerned about the cleanliness and possibly being in the presence of animal droppings. If what you say is true, no one would dare be walking through my doors, and yet we get new and return customers coming through every single day. It's too bad that your perception of our establishment doesn't seem to jive with the rest of the customers who thank us daily for being here for them. But we are all entitled to our opinion.
