Review of GlutenZero Bakery

I was really excited to try this place. The employees are very knowledgeable and the owner has Celiac's. They don't use some of the traditional gf ingredients such as xanthum gum, and they had a large selection. However, I was a bit disappointed. I tried many different products and they were all dry and didn't taste very fresh. I appreciate their attempt, but overall it didn't live up to my expectations.
