I had the açaí bowl and the bananas foster latte. The latte came with a cookie in it that was not listed on the menu. Turns out it was almond flour. I didn’t have a reaction but suggest you ask questions if you are sensitive. They list GF options on their website but their menu in store is not marked. I am sensitive and didn’t have a reaction.

Currently dealing with a flare up.. I would recommend staying away from their baked items. I think perhaps the residual gluten from cross contamination may be the issue. I’ve had sandwiches and salads here before which gave me no discomfort, so I’ll probably stick to those items next time.

Not for those who have challenges with cross contamination - shared equipment and not stored in a separate place.

I stopped here to check out the GF options in the pastry case. GF muffins were placed immediately next to non-GF muffins. High risk of cross contamination. I did not eat here because of this.

I could not identify any GF items on the menu. When I asked if there was anything, the cashier rattled off a couple things but did show me a GF menu. She said they have GF breads and some pastries.

Cute little spot right off the loop for breakfast or lunch! I got a gf blueberry muffin, a breakfast sandwich on gf bread, and the wildflower honey latte. Everything was AMAZING and I did not get sick. I did spend a small fortune on this breakfast but I would absolutely do it again!! They said it would be about a half hour wait for food but it came out much quicker so don't be discourage if it looks busy!

I had a gluten free muffin. They had an ingredients list and could speak to other allergies as well. Cute spot!

Toast / toasted sandwiches not safe if you have celiac. I haven’t had a problem with the baked goods like the muffins

Lots of options for gluten free baked goods, the gluten free brownie was very good and they also had muffins and cookies. Really nice inside too. But I did not try any of the other food.

Gluten free blueberry muffin and gf brownie were delicious! They had a few other options such as a peanut butter cookie. Items were clearly marked. No reaction afterwards

When I asked if the item that I wanted on the menu was gluten free, the staff was not helpful at all. The response I got was “I don’t know, but most likely because of what the ingredients are”. They didn’t offer to check for me. I ended up ordering the avocado toast with gluten free bread and had a pretty severe reaction. It tasted great, so if you don’t have a severe allergy, I’d recommend eating here. However, I don’t think someone with celiac or those with a severe allergy should risk it.

Staff was not helpful with regards to gluten free questions. They said the GF toast is made in the same area/toaster as regular bread, and that there is no separate kitchen space. They also weren’t super helpful letting me know what is safe, as the menu is not marked. Tried to add GF toast to my order twice after I told them that would make me sick, and then got a bit sassy when I asked that they make a note in my order so the kitchen was aware I have Celiac. I managed not to get sick, but I’d suggest eating here with caution if you have Celiac or a severe allergy.

Great coffee. GF cookies, bread, muffins kept separate from others.

This was an amazing find!! After all of the places we wanted to go being closed, we stumbled in here and figured we would check it out even though the other review only had one star. That was a great choice because it was delicious!!! I had the breakfast sandwich on gluten free toast! They also have gluten free muffins, brownies, granola, and tortillas! There are tons of options! The staff was so helpful as I tried to decide between all of the choices! As a cherry on top, their mimosas and coffee are so great as well!

Today at the 225 N LaSalle, Chicago. I enquired if oats or potato starch was used in the gluten free muffins. One cashier responded in a very loud voice, “How am I supposed to know?” It feels very bad to have my dietary restrictions distcounted. This was my first visit and may very well be my last.
