I ordered a gluten free bagel and they put on my order that it wasn't for an allergy without asking if it was or not. then they burned it. based on other reviews, I would guess they toasted my bagel in the toaster they toast them all in.

They have Udi’s GF bagels that are in their individual bags so they are safe for celiacs. They don’t have a separate toaster though. I asked about a microwave and she said yes however I didn’t have her heat mine, I just ate it straight out of the bag with some cream cheese. A welcome GF option that was safe in the airport. I was in terminal A down the corridor with gates 1-16. I’m not sure if in other terminals or not.
Yes
No gf menu. The only option was bagels. This app greatly over sells this place. Bagel was steamed (or microwaved) in the paper so I had to try to peel it off. I like udis bagels but not steamed (or.
No
Horrible experience. GF bagel was wrapped in thin paper and put in bag with NGF bagels. They then pulled the bagels out to bag separately. Too late! Then hassle of refund and didn’t refund upcharge for GF bagel so had to remind them. All this while line is building and plane is departing. Didn’t apologize. If you desperately need something, purchase a packaged Udi’s bagel but don’t count on them to handle your food in any safe manner.

HALF PREGNANT - How else to explain this for anyone who cares about gluten. Goldberg's goes to great lengths to talk about its GF bagels (no GF bread). It even ranks highly in his app. However, ask if their cold cuts are GF and you find out they don't have GF meats and cheeses. How many who talk it highly here even asked if the meats were GF?
The irony is, the nearby Boar's Head kiosk, which carries all GF BH products, doesn't offer a GF bread/wrap option.
Madness!!!!
So knowledgeable! Truly feel good to eat here. They knew about cross contamination, they changed their gloves!! Heaven sent!!!
I was glad to find something for breakfast other than yogurt and fruit! The breakfast sandwich was great! They have Udi's bagels and cookies. I let them know I have an allergy, they changed their gloves and used clean equipment. They do not have separate toasters, but microwaved the bagel to warm it up a little.
Thank goodness, I had a GF bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and picked up 2 GF cookies for my flight. Near T13.
Asked if it was an allergy or preference... Very helpful despite line. Wish they had designated toaster so I could have my bagel toasted but at least I found something besides a GF bar for breakfast!
Yes
By Gate A16. Don't get too excited - the options are Udi's bread or prepackaged bagel. While nice in an airport, the bread was pretty stale (I.e., way more dry than normal) but the rest of the sandwich was good. Good snack options, like fruit cups and fruit/cheese cups. Pre-packaged chic chip or snicker doodle cookies
Good GF bagels and cookies... A 2 or 3
Great to find a decent gf meal in an airport. Staff was knowledgeable and obviously trained on food allergies. Cookie was fabulous!
Happy to have a GF option at the airport, they have Udi's bread, muffins, bagels
They have GF bread, bagels, and muffins. There is only one cooking spot, so there is a mixing. But it is the best option in the airport. Stop every time for a sandwich. Terminal A gate 17. Worth the walk.
They have good gluten free options and seemed nice and knowledgeable, but definitely check the bread. I didn't notice until I got to my gate and started eating that the the Udi's white bread they had given me was moldy.
Answered questions and several gf options! Great for an airport!
NEAR GATE A16: Udi's GF bread, bagels, muffins and cookies available. I ordered a bacon and egg bagel. The sweet lady working the counter asked if I had an allergy, explained they only have one toaster for everything and offered to heat my bagel in the microwave instead. I appreciated the extra effort. They also have a cold case with gluten free items clearly labeled. Soy milk is offered as a dairy alternative for coffee drinks.
Got a Udis muffin and a coffee with soy milk in terminal T.
9:05am on a Sunday morning...despite the big "Gluten-Free is Here!" sign in the middle of the concourse I am told "We are out of the gluten free bagels because they didn't order them." (side note: they were also out of plain bagels and croissants - obviously a problem in their ordering process). I was hungry and had limited time before my next flight and not a lot of other options, so I asked for just an egg and some bacon. Was charged for "Egg/Bacon Bagel @ $6.25" because they had no option for a single egg and a side of bacon.
For $6.25 I received a single pre-cooked and rehydrated egg and a small pile of overcooked, re-heated bacon - all of which was flavorless.
This restaurant is located in Terminal E. My inbound and outbound flights were in Terminal B. Next time I will just stay on the plane train one more stop to Terminal F and try French Meadow Bakery or the ever-reliable Ecco.
The carry individually wrapped Udis bagels and muffins.

Knowledgeable staff, stating, "we take the risk of cross contamination seriously." GF bagels and bread. Offered GF pretzels as a side.
