Gondola Pizza

They don’t have a dedicated prep space or oven for the GF pizzas, but the crust comes pre-packaged and they just put toppings on and throw it in the oven. They did say they try their best to keep things free of cross contamination, but the lack of separate oven/prep area is not great. Pizza itself was good - both GF for me and GFull for my wife.

One of the best GF pizza’s I’ve had! Hit the spot after a day on the slopes skiing. Nice small family owned business.

Visiting Vail and looking for good GF. Their GF pizza hit the spot! Celiac and no reaction here with their GF supreme pizza.

Not celiac safe- tried to order but the person taking our order told us it is not safe for celiacs- they do not get fresh items from the back and really didn’t have any interest in helping us eat safely- so we left.

The service and pizza were great. I have Celiac. There is a disclaimer on menu that GF pizza is cooked in the same place as regular pizza. I didn’t have any issues.

Family owned with very friendly staff. I had the GF Pesto pizza and it was delicious. Menu states it’s cooked in same oven as all other pizzas, but I did not get sick. Their house-made hot sauce was DELICIOUS!

The pizza was great and the staff was good with the gluten free. Good crust and fantastic cheese + sauce.

Good pizza. Nothing special.

Pe-made pizza crust that they bake in the same area and ovens. If cross-contamination is a huge issue- this isn't for you. My celiac son is usually pretty sensitive, and he was able to eat this pizza though and didnt get sick. The pizza tasted great and the staff there were very nice. Quaint little hole in the wall cozy pizza joint.

Had an excellent experience here and second others comments that the owner is extremely kind and helpful. She even let me check the ingredients on a bottle of salad dressing. I should note that the GF pizza is prepared and cooked in the same area as the regular pizza, so I was weary to try it since I am very sensitive to cross contamination. However, I had a delicious salad with no repercussions! Very glad I stopped in to support this local business.
