Separate GF menu which clearly outlines what is safe or not and gives you GF options to sub in or out. Made ordering sooooo easy! Menu clearly states they are not a celiac kitchen but take the upmost care in ensuring cross contamination doesnt happen....seem to have a deeper understanding then most places I've been.
