While preparing my order a staff member pulled a wheat noodle out of the adjacent container of spinach with her hand, placed the noodle back in the noodle container, and continued to use that hand to gather ingredients. Staff seem to not be trained on cross contamination of allergens such as gluten. A different staff member who was there at the time thought that I was asking to not have any oil in my food.

All food is grilled on one large round grill surface. Although they said they would clean it and keep my food separate, the grill did not look clean. I did not eat my meal.

Excellent. My 14 year old son is celiac and we had a great experience. They were nowledge and double checked everything. He has the rice bowl with chicken and tons of veggies. They don’t touch any veggies with gluten so we were good. He got the teriyaki sauce that was GF and I made them triple check (all made in house). They had a separate area of the grill that they use for allergies and they cleaned it before cooking and got new utensils and kept it separate.

We visited in-store to order once. The wait is a bit long due to many delivery and takeout orders. Unlimited choice of toppings for veggies with one protein. Most things are fresh and not marinated, and a lot of the sauces are GF. I informed the person at the cooking station (who seemed to be the owner or manager) if my gluten allergy, and she got clean utensils and cleaned off the area of the grill where she made my meal. My spouse got noodles and she made sure his meal was made far away from mine. She was super nice! Would visit again for sure just for her. I enjoyed AJ’s Mix sauce.

They have excellent selection for those who are vegan and gluten free. You can customize your choices of fresh vegetables and protein substitute (i.e. organic tofu and beyond meat). Once you select what you want for veggies and proteins, you can pick from Jasmine rice or wild rice. They have many choices for GF and vegan sauces. My favourite sauce was the coconut lime curry sauce. It was yummy!! Highly recommend this place to anyone who is gluten free and vegan! I will definitely be coming back for more 😋
