While preparing my order a staff member pulled a wheat noodle out of the adjacent container of spinach with her hand, placed the noodle back in the noodle container, and continued to use that hand to gather ingredients. Staff seem to not be trained on cross contamination of allergens such as gluten. A different staff member who was there at the time thought that I was asking to not have any oil in my food.
