While I just had a gf toasted bagel, the bagel was toasted in a designated toaster, and they used parchment and gloves while handling the bagel.

Also, it was nice that the lady who took my order remembered me, and my allergy from the previous week.

Oh, and the receipt had Allergy in bold capital letters on it for my part of the order.
